Lamborghini and the Kerala government discussing to establish an automobile plant
On the prospect of establishing a vehicle manufacturing facility in the southern state, the Kerala government has held discussions with Italian business tycoon Tonino Lamborghini.
In Kerala on a personal visit, Tonino Lamborghini met with the state’s Industries Minister on January 7 in Kochi. Tonino Lamborghini is the son of Ferruccio Lamborghini, who founded the renowned automobile manufacturer Lamborghini.
In a Facebook post, Industries Minister Rajeev stated that Kerala, a state with a very high purchasing power, is a great place for the premium brand to thrive.
According to the minister, they had conversations about potential investments in places like convention centers, five-star hotels, apartments, and condominiums.
